The best commercial frozen custard on the market!!!!! If there is any better please let me know because I would want to try it. Until then Ritter's is number one in my opinion!!!!!

I had a single-scoop lemon ice cream. The service was really fast and the ice cream was perfect. The single scoop was a lot bigger than I was expecting. The only problem I had at Ritter's was we parked on the nearest the road entrance and were blocked in for 5 or 10 minutes by the cars in line for the drive-thru. Should have parked on the other side.

Great stop for the kids after a good report card. Small portions are awesome!!

I mean, there's a reason why traffic lines up into the road at this place... Freaking delicious custard. And employees who are proud to serve it! Any time my family and I visit SBI, this will be on the list. 5 Stars!

NEW YORK CHERRY CHEESECAKE!!! IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED IT IS A MUST!!! YUMMY YUMMY!!! The day we went it was ONE young man working (on a normal day there are more not for sure why he was the only one) anyhow he was WONDERFUL he tended to everyone in the drive through including a few walk ups pretty quickly CUDOS to him!!

Ritter's custard is consistently delicious - lots of flavors to savor, creamy, relatively lower in calories.

We have always liked thier custard and the awesome service from the employees but this last time we went through the line we were disheartened to find thier drive thru employee not wearing a mask. We love this place but right now we no longer feel safe pulling through the drive thru unfortunately. I tried leaving feedback on the website but it did not work.

I come here quite often for custard. I usually love their flavors. Today I ordered a scoop of their featured chocolate covered banana and the flavor combination was not done well. It was very unpleasant. I took one bite and asked if I could get something else. The staff said they would have to charge me for an additional ice cream. Very disappointed because me and my family are frequent customers and it would have been a simple fix for a great experience. Basically I gave them $4 for nothing of value in return.I'm not giving this less than 3 stars because the staff were very friendly and I usually am happy with their custard.

Ritter’s is a nice little custard place. They offer a nice student discount if you show them your student ID. The sundaes are great to share. I wish they had a smaller size of them because it is a lot for one person. It’s fantastic frozen custard for a decent price.

So disappointed today....the sign said "black cherry" ice cream, so I stopped, as this is my favorite ice cream....well, needless to say, I was not a happy camper when I realized after about 6 bites of my double scoop ice cream that there were no black cherries in the ice cream at all. It was vanilla ice cream with black cherry flavor mixed in, and pink coloring.....such a disappointment 😣.

Used a groupon! Very happy. The custard is scooped but softer than hard pack. Slips on the spoon so easily.

Any time I visit the area, Ritter's Frozen Custard is an absolute must. I love buying a pint or quart for the friends that I'm visiting or staying with, and I also tend to indulge with a treat for myself. The Peanut Butter Mountain Sundae is swoon-worthy with a vanilla custard covered in peanut butter sauce and broken Reese's cups. I never regret a bite of this amazing custard. One of my other particular favorites is their peach custard--so delicious.It is outdoor seating so if it's a chilly day or raining, enjoy your ice cream in the comfort of your car!

My brother and I went to this place to cool down after a long day. The staff are nice and FAST to prep your order, there are many chairs to sit down on. The place is very popular with extensive menu and lots of flavors so expect a long line depending on the time of the day. They have flavors of the day and will post it on the counter. My brother tried the gelati (sherbet topped with vanilla custard) and he LOVED it.

The pineapple upside-down sundae is heavenly. Can't get enough! I've had it twice this month already. A sinfully delicious sumner at it's best.

Went through drive thru, they were very fast considering that they fix your ice cream sundae, etc when you order it. The flavor was very good, but they are what I consider to be very expensive for what you get. This place would have to be a rare special treat for me.

Summer time fun place. Get your frozen custard and watch the traffic go by. No inside seating or I would give five star

My glacier was missing the middle, there was ice cream at the bottom and top but not the middle.

Got a groupon so we tried this ice cream place. The ice cream (frozen custard) was so smooth, very flavorful and hits the right sweet spot that we came back again and again. They have few tables covered with an umbrella where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. There always seems to be a long line whenever we go but the staff are fast and the wait time is short.

Epic custard in Mishawaka! Their selections are a little pricey, but it’s worth it for a once-in-awhile treat! We especially love their sundaes and cones!

We have been there twice in the last month. My Dad is going through chemo and has been craving a strawberry shake. There is an amazing young woman working the drive through. She is friendly, helpful and efficient. There are many options to get a strawberry shake in the area, but we will go back to Ritters just because of her.

The Turtle Sundaes are awesome! The location is in a built up area with other shopping and restaurants. There is a drive through for people on the go and outside seating if you want to sit and enjoy your dessert before moving on.The milkshakes are quite large and very good. The custard with mix-ins always goes over well too. Flavors do change periodically, but the standard ones are always available.

Great frozen yogurt, but prices are high.
